ABOUT ACOH 2026 24TH ASIAN CONGRESS ON OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH 2026
Shaping a Sustainable Future: Global Perspectives on Occupational Health

The 24^th Asian Congress on Occupational Health (ACOH 2026) will take place from 5^th to 8^th August 2026 at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK), Sarawak, Malaysia. Under the theme “Shaping a Sustainable Future: Global Perspectives on Occupational Health,” this triennial congress serves as a premier platform for experts, practitioners, and researchers to exchange insights, discuss emerging challenges, and explore innovative solutions in workplace health and safety.

With a diverse programme featuring keynote sessions, plenaries, symposiums, and scientific presentations, ACOH 2026 will bring together over 1,200 international and local participants from fields such as Occupational Health, Occupational Medicine, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, and Occupational Safety. Beyond the conference, attendees will also have the chance to experience the breathtaking biodiversity of Sarawak’s lush rainforests, home to orangutans, proboscis monkeys, and the world’s largest flower, the Rafflesia.

By fostering collaboration between academia and industry, ACOH 2026 aims to drive meaningful advancements in Occupational Health, ensuring safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplaces across the region and beyond.

Welcome to ACOH 2026!

On behalf of the Academy of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Malaysia (AOEMM) and the Asian Association of Occupational and Environmental Health (AAOEH), I am delighted to welcome you to the official website of the 24th Asian Congress on Occupational Health (ACOH) 2026.

ACOH 2026 will be held from 5–8 August 2026 at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching in the vibrant city of Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. This prestigious event serves as a vital platform for experts, practitioners, researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders to come together, share insights, and advance the field of occupational and environmental health across Asia.

Preparing for an Exceptional Congress

Following the successful ACOH 2023 in Daegu, Korea, our dedicated organising committee has been working diligently to curate an enriching and impactful programme. We are excited to bring you an event that will feature:

Networking And Collaboration Opportunities – Engaging with peers, industry leaders, and policymakers.

OBJECTIVES

Fostering Collaboration and Knowledge Exchange

The primary objective of the conference is to bring together experts and practitioners in the field of Occupational Health from different regions. This gathering facilitates the exchange of ideas, best practices, and learnings across different cultures and regions. By doing so, it promotes a richer understanding of the challenges and opportunities in Occupational Health on a global scale.
Discussion of the Future of Occupational Health

The conference aims to serve as a platform for discussing the future of Occupational Health in a rapidly evolving global environment. Emphasis is placed on exploring and promoting sustainable, future-proof approaches to occupational health. This objective recognises the dynamic nature of the field and the need to adapt to changing workplace conditions, technologies, and global challenges.
Promotion of Scientific Work and Knowledge Sharing

The conference provides a space for the sharing of scientific research and advancements in the field of contemporary Occupational Health. This objective supports the long-term sharing of knowledge, encouraging ongoing discussions about current issues and emerging trends. It also helps to bridge the gap between theory and practice, ensuring that research informs practical applications in the workplace.
